Cindy H. Kocher, National Instructor and Co-Founder of Life Always Works, LLC - Cindy has been teaching personal growth courses nationwide since 1991. Her involvement in personal development work began over 20 years ago when she made a decision to change the direction of her own life.  Her personal life journey and her commitment to creating more oneness on the planet then led her into training to become a certified instructor in personal growth work.  Since that time, Cindy has taught courses from as far away as Texas, Colorado, New York, and South Carolina in addition to the State of Florida.

Cindy's diverse background includes Director of Human Resources at a large mental health center in Tampa, past president and Board member of the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce, extensive volunteer work in her community, and owner of Miss Cindy's Swim School since 1976.

Dee Baker, Instructor and Co-Founder of Life Always Works, LLC - has been pursuing spiritual growth work since 1987 when she was certified as a Stephens Minister.  She has been active as a student, assistant, and co-instructor in many personal growth courses since that time.  Dee attained her Masters in Metaphysical Arts in December 2007 and is soon to receive her Certification as a Spiritual Counselor and Intuitive Practitioner.

Dee is a self-employed website designer and IT Project Manager.  Her diverse background includes 25+ years as a middle manager in corporate America, a business consultant, and owner of several small businesses.  She earned her MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago.

As co-author of the Women’s Course, Dee brings her varied life experiences as an independent career woman, business owner, and (former) wife to help other women recognize and celebrate their inner beauty, spirit, and creativity.

Patricia Pierce, Instructor and Co-Founder of Life Always Works, LLC -  has been a nurse since the beginning of time and, as a nurse, has nurtured individuals during their most vulnerable times.  Her students know her for her therapeutic communication style.  As a volunteer at the Alachua County Crisis Center she served as a phone counselor, in-house trainer, and care team consultant; she was the recipient of the McGee award for carrying the philosophy of the crisis center into the community.

Professionally, she has a Doctorate in Health Policy and is an advanced practice family nurse practitioner.  She has initiated nationally recognized programs for medically fragile and chronically ill children and their families.  She has many years in executive health care positions and nursing education.  She is widely published in health care systems, critical thinking, and child health.

Sandy Turner, Communications Manager and Co-Founder of Life Always Works, LLC - Sandy Turner comes from a diverse background.  Her career history includes accounting, property management, and administrative responsibilities.  After spending several years at West Virginia University, Sandy had an opportunity to relocate to Sun Valley, Idaho and embrace a new career in property management.  Once the business was sold, Sandy moved to Tampa, Florida, and is currently employed at the University of South Florida in the Counselor Education Department.  Sandy has been a student of personal development courses since the 1990’s.
